15/30 Minute ABS
Class length: 15 minutes & 30 minutes
Course Description: A diverse combination of exercises focusing on the core. Stability balls, weighted ab balls, and just plain old traditional ab exercises on the mat are sure to burn and strengthen your whole abdominal area!
Course Description: A 45 minute high intensity class combining Cardio and Strength to help burn fat and tone muscle with upbeat pop music to help get you through it. Prepare to break a sweat during Body Blast to help achieve your summer body!

This workout challenges all your major muscle groups. With squats, presses, lifts, curls all while listening to great music. Choose your own weight and experience the benefits of increased bone density.
Course Description: Start your day with a full body workout. Cardio, toning, weight lifting. This class keeps the mind and body guessing. Body Zone is a fun workout that will get you in shape in no time.
Course Description: This 45 minute class is the perfect fusion of fitness, dance, heart and spirit. This class has a variety of choreographed and non-choreographed segments that blend together rhythmic, creative, and athletic movements into one satisfying, sweat filled class!
Course Description: High intensity interval training is organized with short time exercises. Effective in reducing body fat, increasing muscle conditioning and aerobic power. This class is worth adding to your week!
Course Description: A high energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches utilizing punching bags, focus mitts, and cardio conditioning exercises. A perfect combination of martial arts, boxing, and maximum calorie burn!
Course Description: Provides increased strength and improved flexibility. Uses a variety of support positions with a chair, designed to improve overall functional conditioning. Safe, fun, and effective movements with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball.
Course Description: Easy to follow Cardio Circuit is an advanced class to improve cardiovascular conditioning. Non-impact standing choreography alternated with safe, fun, and effective exercises for upper-body strength work. A chair is used for standing support, “head to toe” stretch, and complete relaxations in a comfortable position. For fit active adults who desire an advanced Silver Sneakers workout.
Course Description: Blend the best of heart opening yoga poses and stretching with the highly effective core strengthening exercises of Pilates. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your abs and legs.
