Body Blast

  • Course Description: 45-minute high intensity class combining cardio & strength training to help burn fat and tone muscle with upbeat music to help you get through it. Prepare to break a sweat during this class while working towards achieving your summer body!

Body Power Express

  • Class length: 45 minutes
  • Course Description: For those who love Body Power but are short on time. This 45-minute class is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups. With squats, presses, lifts, curls all while listening to great music. Body Zone

Boot Camp

  • Course Description: Boot camp is a high intensity workout integrating body weight resistance and core training. If you are looking for a lean, fit, sculpted body, this class is for you!

Core, Cuts & Cardio

  • Course Description: The name of this class says it all. This ultimate workout combines core and resistance training and cardio intervals for a full body blitz sure to get you in top condition!

Dance Fitness

  • Class length: 45 minutes
  • Course Description: This 45-minute class combines the hottest music with even hotter moves. Beginners build confidence with easy to follow dance moves set to your favorite songs. It is the perfect fusion of fitness, dance, heart and spirit. There is a variety of choreographed and non-choreographed segments that blend together rhythmic, creative, and athletic movements into one satisfying sweat filled class!

Full Body Shape-Up

  • Class length: 60 minutes
  • Course Description: The workout with everything in one place in one hour. Cardio, muscle conditioning and strength! The name says it all!

HiiT

  • Class length: 60 minutes
  • Course Description: High intensity interval training is organized with short time exercises. Effective in reducing body fat, increasing muscle conditioning and aerobic power. This class is worth adding to your week!

Kickboxing

  • Class length: 60 minutes
  • Course Description: A 45-minute high energy, high impact blend of kicks and punches utilizing punching bags, focus mitts, and cardio conditioning exercises. A perfect combination of martial arts, boxing, and maximum calorie burn!

Pilates

  • Class length: 60 minutes
  • Course Description: Powerful core strength training using slower, controlled movements and breathing. Fun full body workout using the stability ball, resistance bands and medicine balls.

Pilates-Barre

  • Course Description: Blend of traditional Pilates mat exercises and ballet barre exercises to create length and lean physiques.

Silver Sneakers Classic

  • Class length: 60 minutes
  • Course Description: Provides increased strength and improved flexibility. Uses a variety of support positions with a chair, designed to improve overall functional conditioning. Safe, fun, and effective movements with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball.

Zumba Gold
